Over recent years the RAIL.ONE group has developed from being purely a manufacturer of sleepers to providing holistic solutions for the development and construction of systems for the transportation of passengers, commodities, and heavy goods. Besides traditional transportation, the company now offers services including engineering, production, supply, logistics, and quality management. It places great value on working together closely with its clients and business partners. The wide range of products include individual prestressed concrete sleepers for ballast permanent way, track systems for high-speed stretches, and special solutions designed for high axle loads.

Regional transportation
RAIL.ONE offers high-performance and reliable track systems for construction on concrete, ballast or asphalt, which are optimally integrated into their surroundings.

Long-distance transport
For the construction of new tracks or the improvement of existing systems, RAIL.ONE develops solutions based on individual requirements. In the field of high-speed transport, the patented RHEDA 2000® ballastless technology has already gained a leading position globally. Also in the traditional sector of concrete sleepers, RAIL.ONE offers a unique range of products to meet any other need.

Goods and industrial transportation
RAIL.ONE has developed special concrete sleepers to meet the increased demands of track systems designed for static axle loads of over 40 tonnes.

Facilities construction
All production facilities are individually adapted to meet the requirements of sleeper design and the required product output. All services are provided by a single supplier, from planning, installation, and start-up to quality management and staff training.

Engineering
Whether involving earthworks, bridges or tunnels, the RAIL.ONE engineers adapt the entire project to suit local requirements – from the initial design right up to the detailed planning phase.

Customer Service

RAIL.ONE offers the full range of railway systems from traditional ballast construction to ballastless systems and other special designs. The company is also able to take on project management, including all logistics services, if required.

Recent Developments

- Development of the RHEDA 2000® ballastless track system for use in the desert without full reinforcement and for heavy goods transportation.

- Development of concrete sleepers for static axle loads of up to 40 tonnes, designed to meet the special requirements of heavy goods transportation.
